In a word - YUM!!!!!! This would be great for a light lunch.. it would also make a delicious breakfast or after school snack. If you don't have a juicer buy some carrot juice.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup vanilla flavoured almond milk (or plain)
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground nutmet
2 dates
1/4 cup raw almonds
Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth
