This would make a delicious breakfast drink or afternoon tummy filler. I like my smoothies quite thick but if you’d rather have it runnier just add some water. Also, you can substitute the coconut/almond milk for any milk of your choice.
Someone suggested that I write a letter to my past addicted self.
