Verjuice is unfermented cabernet sauvignon, used in cooking and dressings. Very yummy.
* Pour a dash of verjuice (2 – 3 tablespoons) into your favourite wine glass
* Top with soda water until you get a nice rose colour.
* Sip, enjoy
Cucumber is such a cooling and healing fruit.
