February 15th, 2018 Drink of the Week
This drink is totally yummy! Really creamy and exotic tasting. If you don’t have fresh pineapple just use tinned.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups ice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup coconut water
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple
Enjoy!
