Lavender Lounger

January 4th, 2021 Drink of the Week

drink with cherry and lavender Another delicious drink from foodie Annie Kenning: “This is a non-alcoholic cocktail that isn’t terribly sweet but tastes, looks and smells ‘adult’. I spent some time devising these drinks so that we can proudly sip something elegant, sophisticated and FOMO-inducing.”

Ingredients:

2 shots Ecology and Co London Dry (or another non-alcoholic spirit)
150ml tonic water (Old World or Yuzu tonic are the tastiest for this recipe)
Sparkling Water
Sprig of lavender
1 stemmed maraschino cherry

Method:

Add the London Dry, lavender and cherry to a large, round wineglass.
Slowly pour in the tonic.
Stir the drink a few times. Top up with sparkling water. Enjoy!
