August 6th, 2015 Drink of the Week
Another smoothie recipe – I’m on a roll with these sorts of drinks lately! They fill you up and make you feel so good and healthy. This one would be yummy for breakfast or in the afternoon when energy is flagging.
Ingredients:
1 cup chilled green tea
1/2 cup coconut milk (or more if you’d like it thinner)
2 tbsp LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
Small handful goji berries (not too many!)
Larger handful of cacao nibs
Optional: Add a banana to make it more filling
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Enjoy!
