March 23rd, 2026 Drink of the Week 2 comments
This is really fun to make, feels very fancy! You can buy dried rose petals from speciality food stores or dry out your own.
2 cups water
2 tbsp rose petals
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
First make rose petal tea by combining the water and rose petals in a saucepan
With the lid on, bring it to a boil
When it comes to a boil, turn it off
Let it sit until nearly cool then strain
In a jug, mix the tea with the honey and lemon juice
Stir until honey is completely dissolved
Garnish with slices of lemon
Enjoy!
