Raspberry & Lime Slushie

October 5th, 2018 Drink of the Week 1 comment

Rasberry&lime

Frosty cold! But super-delicious. And if you can’t finish it in one sitting you can always put it in the freezer and have it later.

Ingredients (for 4 large servings):
1 cup lime juice
1 cup raspberries
1 cup water
4 cups ice
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 cup of soda water

Method:
Put all ingredients except the soda water into a blender and blitz until slushy. Pour into glasses and top each  with a little soda water.

Enjoy! And watch out for the brain freeze!

Working my recovery....

Mrs D's Blog
