Orange Flower Water

July 27th, 2020 Drink of the Week

glistening tumbler Don’t be fooled by the very ordinary look of this drink – it’s scrumptious! A delicately flavoured elderflower & orange blossom drink. You should be able to find orange blossom water and elderflower cordial at a delicatessen or really good grocery store. Another option would be to use rose water in place of the orange blossom water – just go easy on the quantities or you’ll end up with a drink that tastes like perfume! Ideally it should be served with lots of ice.

Ingredients (for each drink):

1 glass (approx 250 ml) still water 1 desert spoon (approx 10ml) elderflower cordial 1/2 – 1 tsp orange blossom water (to taste) Ice

Method:

Combine ingredients in your glass of choice and top with ice.   Enjoy!

Frozen Berry Iced Tea

Drink of the Week

This is very delicious, I love tea-based drinks and making it with frozen berries gives it a lovely frosty edge.
