Kiwifruit Slushie

June 26th, 2022 Drink of the Week

kiwifruit drink

This drink has a delicious salty tartness to it. It’s very easy to make and would be lovely for an afternoon refresher after a day in the sun!

Ingredients:

1-2 kiwifruit, peeled & chopped
4-5 inch piece of cucumber, chopped
1-2 lemons, juiced
Pinch of salt
6-8 ice cubes, crushed
Approx 60ml water

Method:

Place everything in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a tumbler.

Enjoy!
