March 27th, 2024 Drink of the Week
Easter usually means chocolate, and this is a great way to turn some ordinary chocolate into something deliciously warm & spicy. Use whatever spices you have in the cupboard – these listed are just a guide.
100g chocolate (I used one Lindt bunny)
500ml milk
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place the chocolate into a pot with the milk and spices.
Gently warm until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into your favourite mug.
Enjoy!
