April 16th, 2025 Drink of the Week
Easter usually means chocolate, and this is a great way to turn some ordinary chocolate into something deliciously warm & spicy. Use whatever spices you have in the cupboard – these listed are just a guide.
100g chocolate (I used one Lindt bunny)
500ml milk
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place the chocolate into a pot with the milk and spices.
Gently warm until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into your favourite mug.
Enjoy!
This delicious recipe is perfect for when you feel like making something special and sparkly.
