September 27th, 2019 Drink of the Week
This drink is easy to make but feels really treaty. It’s basically a cordial which you can keep in the fridge and mix small amounts with soda water as you wish.
Combine lemon juice, water, honey and blueberries in a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle boil over a medium heat then turn to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Strain through a sieve and store in the fridge.
When ready to drink fill a glass with ice, add 1/3 cup cordial then top up with fizzy water.
Enjoy!

I’m not usually a huge one for New Year’s resolutions because I don’t want to feel useless when I don’t manage to stick to them them.

This tea is just the ticket when you feel like something nourishing and warm, and I truly do believe that the act of making a drink like this is as restorative as the drinking of it.
