February 21st, 2024 Drink of the Week

Sometimes a nice spicy tomato juice is just the ticket! This is lovely to make if you’re hosting brunch on the weekend. Also a good drink to order if you’re out at a restaurant or pub for lunch. This recipe is a rough guide – you can increase the flavourings depending on how spicy you like it!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups tomato juice
Big splash worcestershire sauce
Juice of half a lemon
Splash Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
1 tsp horseradish cream (optional/if you have it)
Pepper & salt (celery salt if you have it)
Ice cubes, celery and cucumber for garnish

Method:

Fill your glass with tomato juice
Add flavourings and stir well to combine
Drop in your ice cubes, garnish with celery and cucumber

Enjoy!
