My friend Rochelle sent me this photo via Twitter and it looked so delicious I asked if I could feature it as a Drink of the Week! Turmeric and ginger are deliciously warming and healthy, pair them with some fresh citrus juices and sparkling water and you have a winner!
Ingredients:
1 orange – juiced
1 grapefruit – juiced
1 tsp turmeric
1 small piece of fresh peeled ginger – chopped finely or grated
Sparkling water
Method:
Combine the juices, ginger & turmeric in a jug then pour into a tall glass (or two short glasses).
Top with sparkling water
