I love this drink! The apple cider gives a great kick of acidity, the cinnamon adds a little touch of spice and the natural sweetness from the apple juice brings it all together nicely. Apple cider vinegar is one of those magical ingredients that has numerous health benefits apparently (it’s been known to help balance pH levels, lower blood sugar levels, and even help with weight loss!). I made fresh apple juice using my juicer but you could use store bought stuff if you liked.
Ingredients: (Play around with the quantities – it will depend on the size of your glass and how tart/sweet/spicy you like things)
Apple Cider Vinegar (I used 1tbsp)
Apple Juice (I used 4 tbsp)
Stevia or another sweetener (optional) (I used a couple drops of stevia)
Cinnamon (I used a small shake)
Fizzy water (I used approx 1 cup)
Ice cubes (I used 2!)
Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir or shake to combine. Taste and add more ingredients if necessary.
