November 9th, 2025 Drink of the Week
Adding a whole chilli to your glass might seem like a random thing to do, but it actually adds an amazing hum of heat to an otherwise plain sweet drink. Yum yum. Highly recommended (especially for chilli lovers).
Pineapple juice
Soda water
Ice Cubes
One whole red chilli
Slice into the chilli and scrape out all the seeds
Put ice cubes and a decent splash of pineapple juice in the botton of your glass
Top up with soda water
Add the chilli
Enjoy!
