Chai-tai

September 14th, 2018 Drink of the Week

Chai-tai

This is an elegant spicy drink for a winter Friday night, but if it’s summer where you are, pour it over ice.

Ingredients:
3-4 chai tea bags (or make your own chai tea with loose ingredients)
Orange juice (plus a slice of fresh orange for garnish)
Cinnamon stick
Sprig of rosemary

Method:
First make a pot of strong chai tea
Let it cool
Half fill a glass with the cold chai tea
Top up with orange juice
Garnish with the cinnamon stick, rosemary sprig and slice of fresh orange

Enjoy!
