Summer Breeze

November 14th, 2022 Drink of the Week 1 comment

pink drink in martini glass

This drink is incredibly simple – only two ingredients! – but tastes delicious. It’s a good choice if you are hosting and want a quick but treaty option for the non-alcohol drinkers. You could flash it up by adding a slice of orange and some fresh mint as a garnish.

Ingredients:

Pineapple juice
Cranberry juice
Optional:
Ice cubes
Slice of orange and fresh mint to garnish.

Method:

Mix the juices 50/50 and pour over ice.
If you have a cocktail shaker use it because it will produce a lovely frothy top.
Pour into a martini glass.
Garnish if so desired.

Enjoy!
