Strawberry and Lime Iced Tea

This is such a delightfully fresh and zesty drink. It’d be great to have a big jug of this on hand over the Christmas season.

Ingredients:

3 Healtheries strawberry and lime tea bags (or another variety of fruit tea)
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup fresh mint
2 limes, juice
2 cups crushed ice, to serve
1 cup strawberries, sliced

Method:

Make tea with 1 litre boiling water.
Stir in sugar and half the mint.
Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Strain, discarding the infused mint, then leave to cool completely.
Mix the tea with the  lime juice and 1/2 cup of cold water. To serve:
Add crushed ice to each glass.
Top with strawberries and remaining mint.
Pour over iced tea.
