Soda, lime & ginger

January 10th, 2020 Drink of the Week 2 comments

tall glass, ginger & squeezed limes

This is hardly a recipe but it’s a delicious and refreshing drink which I tend to make quite often. A simple way to make your fizzy water just a little bit fancy!

Ingredients:

A thumb-sized piece of ginger
A fresh lime
Fizzy water

Method:

Peel and slice the ginger and drop it into a tall glass (squeeze it a little to release some juice).
Squeeze the lime into the glass, add a slice as well.
Top up the glass with fizzy water.
Add some ice cubes.

Enjoy!
