Pineapple Spritzer

Hardly a recipe but delicious nonetheless and basically a party in a glass if you add a few decorations. I made this drink for my sons on holiday last week and they were very delighted!

Ingredients:

Pineapple juice
Fizzy water
Fresh lemon slices
Ice cubes

Method:

Quarter fill a glass with pineapple juice.
Top up with fizzy water.
Decorate with freshly lemon slices, ice cubes and fancy straws.

Enjoy!
