Delicious goodness for a breakfast treat or afternoon refresher. You could use tap water in place of coconut water or even some sort of milk for a creamier version. Even my 14-year-old liked this and he is FUSSY!
Handful of spinach or kale
1/2 ā 3/4 cup fresh chopped pineapple (or tinned)
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Squeeze lemon juice
Place all ingredients into a blender or nutra bullet/ninja thingy
Blitz until smooth
Pour into a tall glass
Enjoy!
