Party Lime

December 21st, 2018 Drink of the Week

This is a great recipe for a simple yet special party drink. Simple because there aren’t many ingredients. Special because limes are so expensive (in NZ they usually are anyway). If you want you could exchange them for lemons.

Ingredients:

10-12 limes
Lime concentrate or cordial
Soda water

Method:

First get out your largest jug or punch bowl
Zest and juice 5-6 limes (depending on the size of your container)
Slice in the remaining 5-6 limes
Add 200ml lime concentrate/cordial
Top up with soda water

Enjoy!

I don't care what anyone else thinks...

Mrs D's Blog

Sometimes I have this fleeting thought that I’m actually kidding myself that I’m still fun now that I’m sober… and in actual fact most people are privately thinking to themselves ‘oh that boring sober Mrs D with her boring sober life, who’d want to know her?’.
