This is a delicious drink given a subtle kick from the apple cider vinegar. The ginger also gives it a warm hum. Easy to make and refreshing to drink!
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 large piece fresh ginger – grated
1 cup still water
Fizzy water & ice cubes to serve
Combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, fresh ginger & still water and set aside for 1-2 hours.
Put approx 1/3 of this mixture in a tall glass
Top with fizzy water & ice cubes
Enjoy!
