Georgia Peach

March 3rd, 2020 Drink of the Week 3 comments

close up peachy drink I made this drink on the weekend – it’s surprisingly delicious! Coconutty with a creamy peachy edge to it. I used a Nutra Ninja but you could use a blender or food processor. Or if you just use peach juice (rather than tinned peaches) you could even shake it up in a jar or container with a lid.   Ingredients: 4-5 tinned peaches 400ml coconut water Juice of half a lemon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Shake of cinnamon   Method: Combine all ingredients in a nutra ninja/bullet thingy or blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.   Enjoy!

Mrs D's Blog
