Fruity Coconut Water Ice Cubes

November 24th, 2024 Drink of the Week

Fruity Coconut Water Ice Cubes

For years I have been seeing people make fruity ice cubes, but I've never done it myself. Until now that is! What took me so long?! This is totally fun and totally worth it! Easy peasy and enough to make any drink special.  I've been adding these to tonic water, fizzy water, and just plain old tap water. As the ice cube melts you get the lovely coconutty, fruity flavour throughout. If you can't get fresh fruit use frozen, just try to select a whole, neat piece of fruit from the bag to put into each single ice cube.

Ingredients:

Coconut water
Blueberries
Strawberries (cut into quarters)
Raspberries

Method:

Place one piece of fruit into each compartment of an ice tray
Pour over coconut water
Freeze until solid
Add to any drink for a fruity kick!

Enjoy!
