Try this gorgeous fresh squeezed lemonade made with coconut water and lavender simple syrup! It’s tropical, herbal, sweet, and satisfying.

First make a Simple Lavender Syrup

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lavender blossoms

Directions:

Combine water, sugar, and lavender blossoms in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let syrup steep (about 30 minutes).
Pour syrup into a sterilized glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove blossoms.
Let cool.

Then make your Lemonade

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (from about 9 lemons)
1 3/4 cups sugar
8 cups coconut water
4 cups water
1/4 cup Simple Lavender Syrup

Directions:

Place lemon juice, sugar, coconut water, and water into a large jug and stir vigorously until all the sugar is dissolved.
Pour 1/4 cup of the Lavender Syrup into the jug and stir. You can add more or less lavender syrup to your personal taste.

Enjoy!
