February 11th, 2019 Drink of the Week
This is a lovely shake that you can enjoy warm or cool. Very good for digestion. If the weather is warm where you are leave the tea to cool completely before you blend all the ingredients together and serve the drink with ice cubes. Another option is to add a banana to bulk it out and make it more filling. Chai teabags are easy to find at the supermarket.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Drink quickly before it cools and before the spices settle on the bottom of your cup.

This is very delicious, I love tea-based drinks and making it with frozen berries gives it a lovely frosty edge.
