February 10th, 2017 Drink of the Week 3 comments
This is kind of random but super yummy and I don’t see how it can be anything other than good for you! I found the recipe online and they called it a ‘nausea busting drink’. I’m using it as a basic refresher while I get some work done. I used our Nutra Ninja but you could use a blender, food processor or stick blender.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 lemon – peeled
Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger – peeled
Small bunch of fresh mint leaves
Method:
Combine all ingredients and whizz until liquid.
Enjoy!
