The Lava Lamp

March 26th, 2021 Drink of the Week 1 comment

photos of the drink

This is a delightfully simple but fun and delicious drink.

Ingredients:

A fresh pomegranate
A fresh lime
Coconut water
Soda water

Method:

Cut the pomegranate in half, hold with the cut side in your hand, and bash the skin side hard with a wooden spoon – the seeds will miraculously rain out into your hand. Put the seeds into a bowl

Squeeze half a lime into your glass.

Half fill the glass with coconut water.

Fill to the rim with soda water.

Drop in a small handful of pomegranate seeds.

Watch the seed bob up and down in the glass.

Enjoy!
