Spicy Tomato Juice

January 19th, 2018 Drink of the Week

This is absolutely delicious, nice to order when out for lunch or make at home for an afternoon filler. You can alter the ingredients and quantities depending on your tastes. If you like it extremely hot go heavy on the tobasco sauce!

Ingredients:
Tomato juice
Tobasco sauce (or another chilli sauce)
1 tsp horseradish
Salt & Pepper
1 long piece Celery
Slice of cucumber
Ice

Method:
Fill your glass with tomato juice
Splash in as much Tobasco as you like (I go for about 4-5 splashes)
Add the horseradish, salt and pepper
Put your celery stick in the glass and use it to mix all the ingredients together – leave in as a garnish (and munch it as you drink!)
Add ice and a cucumber slice to garnish

Enjoy!

Coconut Chai

Drink of the Week

This is a great drink for a winter warmer, or let it cool and add it to a blender with a handful of ice for a nice chai frappe.
