Peppermint Iced Tea

June 16th, 2023 Drink of the Week 2 comments

A cool, calm blend for your chilling out pleasure. This drink is really refreshing, and leaves a lovely cool, minty taste in your mouth.

Ingredients:

Peppermint tea
Soda water
Fresh mint
Slice of lemon or lime
Lime cordial (optional)

Method:

Brew a pot of triple-strength peppermint tea
Leave it in the pot to go cold.
Strain.
Mix half and half with soda water.
Serve with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
If you want some sweetness, add a splash of lime cordial.

Enjoy!
