Cucumber, kiwifruit, limemint agua fresca

This fresh concoction comes from @suek. Yum!
Ingredients:
I small peeled cucumber1 ripe kiwifruit
Half a lime with the skin on
A few sprigs of fresh mint
Handful of ice cubes
2-3 cups cold water
Method:
Blend the first four ingredients togetherStrain into 2-3 cups cold water
Pour over a handful of ice
Enjoy!
