This delicious, creamy smoothie has a lovely warm peppery flavour that lingers long after you have finished it. Add more coconut milk if you'd like a thinner version.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen mango pieces (I used tinned)
1 banana
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
Enjoy!

Sounds …. fabulous. Now, the question is before I make this weekend, is it the canned thick coconut milk you made it with or the thinner every day coconut milk, the consistency of the almond milk. So excited to make, taste, drink this.
