This drink is lovely and refreshing and so easy to make! Rosewater is a little bit fancy - you can find it in a deli or speciality food store. Once you have a bottle it's fun to try and find recipes to use it in.
Ingredients (for approx four drinks):
4-5 lemons
1/2 tbsp rosewater
1/4 cup sugar
Soda water
Ice Cubes
Fresh mint for garnish
Method:
Combine the sugar, lemon juice and rosewater in a jug
Stir well to dissolve the sugar
Pour 1/4 cup of this mixture into a tall glass
Add ice cubes and mint leaves
Top up with fizzy water
Enjoy!
