This delicious, creamy smoothie has a lovely warm peppery flavour that lingers long after you have finished it. Add more coconut milk if you'd like a thinner version.
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen mango pieces (I used tinned)
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
