    Happy Monday or Sunday ! Day 288 af ! Yay! @ro tried a Brussel sprout salad with roast veg etc lovely! Trying to be healthy so enjoying lots of different combos. Your posts often have yummy suggestions thankyou. Have a fab week everyone . God knows it’s not always easy to feel the feels but it’s true it’s worth the perseverance. Don’t give up!     • Yum that sounds delish! I make a huge coleslaw at the start of each week – with cabbage, carrot, fennell, herbs, spring onion, capsicum etc.. then eat it for most meals with different proteins on the side (halloumi a winner).. trying to stick to my Bright Line Eating plan, going pretty well right now. Have finally kicked out sugar which had a strong foothold in my brain again since our family funeral. Food is an on-going issue for me! But it’s a battle I’ll happily take part in, knowing how much better I feel when I’m not acting ‘alcoholically’ with any substances. But it’s never the wine, never ever. That shit is GONE forever. Hope you are keeping warm! x

      • It sure can ! Making lots of new salad options which I’m loving. Adding pine nuts to salads or cashews is yum too❤️❤️

      • I added feta and pine nuts to a roast vege mix including Brussels sprouts! Yummy and healthy! ❤️❤️
