    i was told by a relative that cinnamon is great for curbing sugar cravings. Has anyone tried it? Does it work for you?

    • No but sounds good!

    • Yes and so healthy!

      • I try to put it into shakes / water etc but it floats around the top. I guess sprinkling it onto food may work better

    • Try chromium, and if really want to beat it with ease, eat ketogenically. I have easily stopped sugar and junk food, week 22, with that food regime. sooo delicious and satisfying. 8 kgs down too after far far too many years struggling to lose 10 kg. Love it! Mental clarity as well. Brightline very similar, a few here have had great success with that.

    • I put cinnamon on my porridge every morning and it tastes sweet to me! x
