Hi all, I’m busy reading Mrs D is going without again. I read it a couple of years ago when I quit drinking. I’ve quit for the last time, this time. I have decided I want to write a blog but I have no idea how to do it. I’m not doing it to get followers I want to do it for me, I start writi g in a notebook then I change notebooks and start again. Can anyone tell me how to set up a blog please. Thanks.
Hi @poivre I hear you ! I used to throw my journals away so started blogging and find it such an amazing tool in my recovery to process my thoughts and download all my emotion etc. It’s great having the days documented in a place I can’t tear out pages or throw it out.
