Hi gang, today we fly home after our busy time away with family doing a funeral and a wake and many get-togethers with people being lovely and supporting one another through our time of grief. We are all very tired, looking forward to getting back to our dog and our house and pottering around being cosy and recovering a little.. and adjusting to our new norm without our loved one. I am looking forward to getting some good routines back with food – I’ve been a little piggy pigster while away ! So much sugar! But oh well.. I’m perfectly imperfect and that’s perfectly ok. No shit booze though coz I don’t touch that rubbish no more. Yippee! A great day to be sober today is (yoda speak) x
oxxoxoxox Lots and lots of love. It’s ok to eat in times like these. In fact…it may be recommended. The balance will be back in no time. oxooxxoxo
