It’s great that you want to protect your sobriety. I am going to Ireland later this year with my daughter for a wedding. I just found out that we will be staying for part of it above a pub 😳 I am prepping myself now reading Naked Mind and I will talk to her about when I need time out I think being prepared is key
4 1 /2 years!!!! That’s one big sober adventure right there. I like making a special drink for myself during football. Ginger ale, cranberry juice and lime.
I also made snacks that I really like but don’t get to eat too often. I plan ahead. Knowing I will have my drink and something good to eat makes me happy. I also like remembering who won at the end of the game lol. ICE CREAM IS GREAT TOO
