I have been sober since October 9, 2017. Sobriety is raw and real. Sometimes it's really hard. Sometimes it's really awesome. At the end of the day it is always worth it. I am very grateful for this community and the people here. It is so great to not feel alone on this journey. Peace all!✌

@Jes I grew up the same way. Lost 2 brothers and my mother to addiction. It’s taken me forever to get sober because drinking was so instilled in me but I never stopped fighting for it and it is something to be very proud of.
Oh yay @lee-2! I went vegan almost 6 weeks ago and i LOVE it! I am eating plant based food and i seriously feel amazing. How cool! And cool about AA. Having a sober crew is the best part of AA and makes me toy with the idea of going back. I like your approach, keep changing it up until u figure out what works. Two thumbs up👍👍😁
@sarah38 pls don’t give up! If i remember correctly u were trying to come off of your meds right after u quit drinking right? Maybe that is too much to do all it once? That is definitely A LOT!
