I'm a 40 year old who has been trying to deal with an slowly increasing drinking habit for several years now. It's got to the point where I've had enough of feeling tired in the mornings, having a much shorter fuse than I should do, the waste of money and knowing my drinking habits are unhealthy. I feel the time has come for me to address my issues and to do what i need to do, not only for my health, but so that i can be the best dad I can be and to no longer have guilt and that voice in my head that says "no I'm not" when my kids tell me i am.
