After a few years of excessive drinking I am in a better place. I did 40 days abstinence to try and reset my habits. I am now working on incorporating alcohol in a healthy way. I never drink alone and keep it to once a week social drinks at the most. I know this path doesn't always work but I need to see if it does before I decide to eliminate permanently. So far so good but I still get hit with witching hour cravings and I refuse to fall back into the wine o'clock wind down that I used to rely on. I want to be part of this community to get me through that post work danger period!
