Unfortunately our site is currently experiencing technical issues that are causing issues including preventing some members from logging in and accessing the Members Feed. The team are working hard to resolve things.
Login issues:
Login issues are persisting for some people. Please email us at [email protected] if this is you. We are finding that some members are able to login eventually after a few days of attempts. For others, we can re-set your password which sometimes works. When this doesn’t seem to work, another option is that we delete your account so you can then re-register (this unfortunately means all of your previous posts/interactions are deleted – not ideal for some!) We know that this is really hard for some people, unfortunately there is no quick or easy fix that we have found yet.
Again, please email the team at [email protected] and let us know if you are seeing any issues or are unable to login, and we will attempt to help and let you know when things are back up and running.
In the meantime please take full advantage of all the reading and viewing material available on the various blog pages.
