Times are tough. There's a nasty virus sweeping the world, we're all practicing social distancing, it's Easter and we can't celebrate or take a break like we normally would. What we need is comforting drinks. And this is a great way to turn some ordinary chocolate into something deliciously warm & spicy. Use whatever spices you have in the cupboard - these listed are just a guide.
100g chocolate (I used one Lindt bunny)
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place the chocolate into a pot with the milk and spices.
Gently warm until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into your favourite mug.
