Coconut water and strawberry mocktail

This recipe comes from our very own @barb who coincidentally is celebrating 60 days of sobriety today!!!!

Ingredients:
1C coconut water
1/2C fresh strawberries
1/2C crushed ice
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice (to taste)

Method:
Whizz it all up in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime or lemon.

Yum!!!!

    I made that 3 days in a row. Just 1 drink each day as it’s filling. A great ‘pre-dinner’ drink. I changed the ratios to suit and added a little bit of sugar some times too. Hope you enjoy!
