Christmas Almondnog

This is so yummy! It's quite filling so if you wanted a thinner version leave out the banana and increase the amount of almond butter to 2 tbsp. This makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk

6 ice cubes

1 banana (optional)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated or packet)

1/2 tsp vanilla (beans fresh from a pod or liquid extract)

1/2 cup pine nuts

2 tsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender:

Pour into tumblers and add a cinnamon stick to each drink for garnish.

Enjoy!
