Baby Bellini

I made this drink for my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding anniversary and it was a huge hit with all the family!

Ingredients:
1 can of peaches
Sparkling grape juice
Frozen raspberries

Method:
Tip the entire can of peaches (juice and all) into a nutra-bullet, blender, or food processor and blitz until thoroughly liquidised.
Pour a small amount of this peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute.
Top up with sparkling grape juice.
Drop in a frozen raspberry or two.

Enjoy!
